Thank you for helping find the real me. Are the changes that I am realizing dramatic? Overwhelmingly obvious? No, but they are there, subtle and controlled. I feel much more self-confident since my therapy. I did not really like remembering the things I remembered but they made me realize I did have issues I needed to settle.
