I have found the sessions to be very helpful to resolve my issue with public speaking. I do feel that this has been a positive experience and would recommend you to others.

I felt very uneasy at first with hypnosis. But that subsided after my first session. I have made great progress in the past four weeks and have learned tools to help myself when I am involved in social situations where I am feeling uneasy. This program has really taught me alot about myself. While my program was meant to improve my self confidence, I also learned how to relax and how to forgive others.

Fear of Flying:

I felt this was a safe and restful/therapeutic methodology - whether or not the therapy has produced the desired result is still to be tried in the natural environment. I am extremely hopeful that the sessions have proven to be effective in producing the desired result. I will only know that as I try out new behaviors. I am hopeful in this regard that my extreme fears will have abated as a result of the sessions. I try to visualize different scenarios and I feel comfortable in these visualized issues. Hope it works. I will be free from fears.

 

Wow- Can't believe this is my 5th session. I have really benefited from this experience. It has provided greater clarity to me on a number of fronts. Greg was awesome. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. As a result, I have successfully been flying with greater ease and without drugs. I do feel a lot less anxiety.

Fear of Dentists:

It's been a fascinating & rewarding experience. I hadn't expected to learn as much about myself as I have. I've certainly gained confidence and perspective throughout this process. The prospect of ending my sessions is disappointing, but only for good reasons, again, it's quite an experience. I'm still struggling with my phobia but its so big that I don't think I truly expected it to vanish entirely.
