I wish I would have tried hypnosis to quit smoking sooner. No other method to quit smoking worked for me, not even Zyban, but after 20 years of smoking, I haven't had a cigarette since after the 1st session. I don't even crave a cigarette like I did with the other attempts. Thanks for doing a great job and for adding the not-gaining-weight part.

Since doing hypnosis, I feel much better about all things and being smoke-free at the same time it makes it that much better. I was a little skeptical about using hypnosis again after a failed attempt 7 or 8 years ago. I am happy to say trying hypnosis again was a very positive step in quitting smoking again. These additional sessions as well as the introduction to hypnotherapy have given me a bit more insight to myself.
